WINTER IS ALMOST BEHIND US - AND MUCH HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED.  

HOWEVER, PROJECT WORK IS NEVER DONE TO MAINTAIN OUR CAPITAL INVESTMENT.

  • THE NEW OFFICE ROOF WAS COMPLETED JUST IN TIME FOR THE BRUTAL WINTER.

  • BUILDING 2 WILL CONTINUE UNDERGOING BRICKWORK REPAIRS ALONG WITH BUILDINGS 8 AND 9.

  • BALCONY WOOD REPAIRS, REPLACEMENT, AND PAINTING WILL ALSO CONTINUE IN FULL OPERATION.​​

  • SPRING CLEANING HAS BEGUN.  LOTS OF WORK TO DO, BUT DON'T WANT TO GET TOO AHEAD OF THE GAME JUST IN CASE "WINTER" ISN'T OVER QUITE YET AND WE NEED TO DO THE WORK TWICE.

  • THE CABANA AND OFFICE DECK HAVE BEEN PRESSURE WASHED IN PREPARATION FOR STAINING.  

  • TWO MORE MONTHS UNTIL POOL OPENS.

CHANGES AT THE PRO SHOP - TEE TOP LOUNGE

Construction at the Tee Top Lounge is moving forward with the excavation for the foundation of the new addition. Over the winter that side deck was demolished to make room for this new addition. 

The Tee Top is open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM , 7 days a week.  The hours may change throughout the year. (To Be Announced)

There are numerous specialty cocktails as well as four additional boards displayed in the Tee Top.  Their register software has been switched over; they still accept cash and all credit cards.

It has been a long process getting the townhouses upddated and looking great.  We thank all the staff at Big Fish for their skill and expertise in getting this major project accomplished.

Bldgs 6 and 7 - Brick Replacement and repair. Work Completed.

Study initially recommended scheduling the work in 2023. 

Crucial work on our capital investments (buildings) have taken priority.

Parking lot has been repaved and striped to give us some time to finish out the repairs to our buildings.

Parking lot repaving may be deferred to 2025.  The Reserve Study initially recommended scheduling the work in 2023.  Crucial work on our capital investments (buildings) have taken priority.
